Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and community leaders in the Southeast Asia region. The candidate will lead product introduction initiatives, conduct training programs for local teams, and drive market expansion efforts. The role requires a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends to create impactful brand presence. Key tasks include identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, designing tailored collaboration frameworks, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and community leaders across Southeast Asia markets
- Develop comprehensive product introduction strategies aligned with regional consumer needs
- Create and deliver training programs for local sales teams and customer service representatives
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive landscape
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for campaign execution and resource allocation
- Monitor and analyze collaboration metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Design localized content marketing materials for different cultural contexts
- Organize and execute both online and offline promotional events in target markets
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to improve product positioning
- Stay updated on regional regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market expansion or brand management in Southeast Asia
- Proven track record of successful KOL collaboration in digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present product value propositions
- Strong training development expertise with experience in creating onboarding programs
- Proficiency in data analysis tools for tracking campaign performance metrics
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies to different cultural and regional contexts
- Fluency in English and at least one local Southeast Asian language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian)
- Knowledge of social media platforms prevalent in Southeast Asian markets
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with local stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and consumer data
- Experience with cross-cultural team management and collaboration
- Ability to develop and implement localized marketing content
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign optimization techniques
- Excellent time management skills for handling multiple regional projects simultaneously
