Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Web3 Business Development Manager (BD) to join our team. This remote position requires fluency in both Chinese and English, as you will be working in the fast-paced and dynamic Web3, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency industry. Key Responsibilities
- Expand Business & Facilitate Collaboration: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, KOLs, DAOs, trading communities, and institutional investors.
- Sales & Business Growth: Drive platform user growth, negotiate cooperation agreements, and ensure long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable benefits.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Research industry trends and competitor dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Industry Resource Expansion: Represent the company at Web3 industry conferences and community events, and build deep connections through platforms like Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align BD strategies with the company's overall objectives.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (mandatory).
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in Web3, Blockchain, or Cryptocurrency.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth and partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Active presence and network within the Web3 community is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
