Job Responsibilities
Agent Development: Develop agents in target markets and drive new agent registrations.
Social Media Management: Be familiar with social media platforms in the target market; plan and create engaging social media content.
Relationship Management: Establish long-term partnerships to enhance agent loyalty, trading volume, and activity levels.
Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners, and expand market channels.
Performance Growth: Drive growth in agent trading volume; achieve performance targets to earn additional performance-based bonuses.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure agent needs are addressed promptly and continuously optimized.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of business development experience in the exchange industry; existing resources are preferred.
Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, with solid market insight and business negotiation abilities.
Results-oriented with strong performance drive and the willingness to pursue high bonus incentives.
Native Vietnamese speaker with working proficiency in English; able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
