Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is well versed in traditional financial markets such as investment banking, asset management, and structured finance to join our RWA Innovation Protocol team. The core responsibility of this position is to establish bridges with traditional asset issuers, financial institutions, and DeFi ecosystems to jointly promote the tokenization and on chain circulation of real-world assets (RWAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and expand high-quality RWA asset resources, and assist them in completing the entire process from asset securitization to on chain issuance.
- Build a collaborative network with traditional financial institutions such as securities firms, family offices, and asset management agencies.
- Coordinate multiple resources including asset issuers, legal advisors, custodians, and on chain operators to promote the implementation of RWA projects.
- Understand and participate in DeFi protocol design, assist in integrating RWA assets with mainstream DeFi protocols such as Uniswap, Pendle, and Morpho, and achieve liquidity allocation and revenue enhancement.
- Follow up on the operational status of RWA asset lifecycle, continuously optimize asset structure and on chain performance.
- Work closely with the technical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure the feasibility and compliance of the transaction structure.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in traditional financial markets (investment banking, asset management, or structured finance).
- Strong understanding of DeFi ecosystems and blockchain technology.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and asset issuers.
- Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including legal, technical, and compliance professionals.
- Knowledge of asset tokenization processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
