Business Development Lead at Morph

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to drive adoption and engagement with Morph’s layer 2 blockchain solutions.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners, including developers, enterprises, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and manage relationships with ecosystem participants to ensure their success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and developer relations teams to create programs and initiatives that support ecosystem growth.
• Organize and participate in ecosystem-focused events, such as conferences, meetups, and hackathons, to promote Morph and engage with the community.
• Create and maintain resources, such as documentation, toolkits, and best practices, to enable ecosystem participants to effectively utilize Morph’s platform.
• Monitor ecosystem trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Advocate for ecosystem participants internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are considered in product development and strategy.
• Measure and report on the health and growth of the ecosystem using key metrics and analytics.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in ecosystem development, partnership management, or a related role within the blockchain or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of layer 2 blockchain solutions and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, developer relations, and product development.
• Experience organizing and participating in industry events, such as conferences, meetups, and hackathons.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on ecosystem growth using key metrics.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving adoption and engagement in innovative technologies.
