Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience, with preference given to candidates with Crypto industry background.
- Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship management, with strong market insight and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong performance motivation and willingness to pursue high-value incentives.
- Excellent Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective team and client interactions.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
