Key Responsibilities

• Agent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to recruit new agents in target markets, driving registration and onboarding processes.
• Social Media Management: Leverage expertise in target market social media platforms to create compelling content and engagement strategies.
• Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with agents to enhance loyalty, transaction volume, and activity levels.
• Market Expansion: Conduct industry trend analysis to identify potential partners and expand market channels.
• Performance Growth: Drive agent transaction growth and achieve performance targets to qualify for attractive bonus incentives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure prompt response and optimization of agent needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience, with preference given to candidates with Crypto industry background.
• Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship management, with strong market insight and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong performance motivation and willingness to pursue high-value incentives.
• Excellent Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective team and client interactions.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
