Job Description:
Business Focus: Responsible for promoting the company's business in the Latin American market, with core objectives focused on user growth (acquisition), card registration volume, and first-time card usage.
Work Mode: Remote work (Remote), requiring adaptability to cross-time zone collaboration and necessary offline business trips.
Target Region: Latin America (LATAM)
Key Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition & Conversion: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies for the Latin American market, enhancing card registration and activity through diversified channels.
- KOL/Channel Expansion: Deeply explore KOL resources on local Latin American social media platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Telegram, TikTok) and establish long-term, stable partnerships.
- Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with local Latin American promotion channels, payment institutions, or communities, independently handling business negotiations and contract signings.
- Goal Achievement: Establish clear growth funnels and take ownership of core KPIs such as registration numbers and deposit volumes.
Job Requirements:
- Language Skills (Mandatory):
- Proficiency in English as a working language (required).
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Industry Background:
- 1-3 years of experience in BD or marketing.
- Preference given to candidates with card business promotion experience > FinTech/payment industry background > BD/sales professionals from traditional industries with exceptional language skills.
- Web3 Knowledge:
- Priority given to Web3 insiders familiar with cryptocurrency payment scenarios, wallet usage, and industry regulations.
- Resource Pool:
- Familiarity with Latin American social media ecosystems; candidates with existing local KOL resources or mature promotion channels are preferred.
- Core Attributes:
- Goal-oriented personality with strong execution skills, capable of working independently under pressure in a startup growth environment.
