Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and execute the company's business strategies in continents or regions, develop goals and implementation strategies for the company's derivative business.
• Build and manage regional contract business teams to ensure the achievement of overall regional business objectives.
• Lead regional contract channel expansion and KOL strategy implementation, achieving end-to-end connectivity from B2B business cooperation to C-end user acquisition.
• Execute various marketing activities for headquarters in the region, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders in the region.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in international business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful regional business strategies
• Strong experience in channel development and KOL marketing strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in English and at least one other major regional language
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in derivatives or financial services industry
• Existing network of business contacts in the target region
• Experience working in multicultural environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
