Job Description
Sidekick is seeking a Korean Operations Manager to join our Web3 remote team. This role requires fluency in Korean and offers flexible working hours, including nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing community engagement, and optimizing strategies based on data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution: Monitor trends in the Korean crypto community, plan AMAs/live streams, coordinate resources, and analyze event performance to improve strategies.
- Content Planning & Program Management: Develop AMA topics/live content aligned with trends, host programs, and collaborate with guests/projects.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Analyze event metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies to boost user acquisition/retention.
- Community Management: Engage Korean-speaking users, gather feedback, and contribute to product improvements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with BD/marketing teams on promotion strategies and resource coordination.
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent Korean proficiency (bilingual Korean/English preferred)
- Proven experience in community management, event planning, or Web3 marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data
- Basic hosting/interviewing capabilities for live programs
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote settings
