Job Description

Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company's Web3 community, accountable for community growth, engagement, and conversion results. Build a highly engaged and high-quality user community while leading the community team to execute efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall planning, setup, and daily management of Web3 communities (Telegram, Discord, etc.)
Develop community operation strategies, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion mechanisms
Manage community operation staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation
Design and execute community activities (AMA, airdrops, task-based campaigns, referral programs, etc.)
Collaborate with project teams, marketing, and business departments to support project promotion and user growth
Monitor community metrics (new users, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize operational strategies
Establish community SOPs, including scripts, workflows, risk control, and emergency response mechanisms
Maintain relationships with core users and identify/cultivate KOLs and key community members

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Web3/blockchain community operations or management
Familiarity with Telegram/Discord community dynamics and Web3 user behavior
Hands-on experience in community growth, capable of building communities from scratch or scaling existing ones
Strong team management skills, with prior leadership experience preferred
Results-driven with strong execution ability and resilience under pressure
Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with project teams and internal stakeholders
Experience managing communities for projects/exchanges/airdrop campaigns
Track record of community monetization or conversion strategies
Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication
Experience operating overseas communities is a plus
