Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the AVAX community through platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
• Organize and host virtual and live events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
• Host and participate in multiple online spaces (e.g., Twitter Spaces, Discord AMAs) throughout the day.
• Represent AVAX at web3 events in France and across Europe, networking with key stakeholders.
• Maintain an active and impactful presence on social media to amplify AVAX's reach.
• Engage with community members at all levels, including developers, users, and other ecosystem participants.
• Introduce and onboard new builders and communities to the AVAX platform.
• Collaborate closely with your team on a daily basis to align strategies and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or web3 space.
• Strong familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to host and moderate virtual and live events with confidence and professionalism.
• Highly active on social media with a knack for creating engaging content.
• Willingness to travel and attend events in France and Europe as needed.
• Passion for blockchain technology and the AVAX ecosystem.
• Team player with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
