Job Description
Community Manager (Part-Time) is responsible for managing and growing the organization's online community through various social platforms. This role focuses on cultivating engagement and brand awareness by leveraging tools such as Discord, Twitter, and Reddit. The ideal candidate will create and implement community growth strategies, foster meaningful interactions, and maintain a vibrant community ecosystem. Key responsibilities include organizing virtual events, hosting AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, and identifying opportunities for collaboration with developers, users, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community growth strategies across social platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Reddit to increase user engagement and brand visibility.
- Plan and host regular virtual events, including live Q&A sessions, workshops, and community meetups, to strengthen relationships with participants.
- Coordinate and manage AMA sessions to provide transparency, address user queries, and promote the organization's mission and values.
- Actively engage with community members at all levels, from active developers to casual users, to gather insights and build a loyal user base.
- Identify and nurture business development leads, such as potential partnerships in DeFi, Gaming, Institutions, Enterprises, and NFTs, and escalate them to the Business Development team.
- Monitor community sentiment and feedback through analytics tools, and report actionable insights to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to adapt community management approaches effectively.
- Document and analyze community interactions to measure success metrics and optimize engagement tactics.
- Ensure consistent communication and transparency with the community to maintain trust and credibility.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in blockchain or Web3 industries, with a strong track record of growing online communities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in social media platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Reddit, including understanding their unique features and user bases.
- Ability to create engaging content, such as posts, threads, and promotional materials, to attract and retain community members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including event planning, content creation, and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track community metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
- Experience in business development or partnership management, particularly in sectors like DeFi, Gaming, Institutions, Enterprises, and NFTs.
- Excellent time management skills to balance part-time responsibilities with other commitments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus for global community engagement.
