Job Description

Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company's Web3 community, focusing on community growth, engagement, and conversion results. The role involves building a highly engaged and high-quality user community while leading the community team to execute efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall planning, setup, and daily management of Web3 communities on platforms like Telegram and Discord.
Develop community operation strategies, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion mechanisms.
Manage community operation staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
Design and execute community activities (e.g., AMAs, airdrops, task-based campaigns, and referral programs).
Collaborate with project teams, marketing, and business development to support project promotion and user growth.
Monitor community metrics (new users, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize operational strategies.
Establish community SOPs, including scripts, workflows, risk control, and emergency response mechanisms.
Maintain relationships with core users, identifying and nurturing KOLs and key community members.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Web3/blockchain community operations or management.
Familiarity with Telegram and Discord community dynamics and Web3 user behavior.
Hands-on experience in community growth, capable of building a community from scratch or scaling it.
Strong team management skills, with prior leadership experience preferred.
Results-driven, highly execution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
