Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Social Media and Community Manager to oversee our company's social media presence and online community engagement. This role involves managing our social media accounts, building and nurturing online communities, and planning engaging online events.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Account Management: Responsible for the daily management and content publishing of the company's social media accounts, monitoring the interaction and feedback of social media platforms, and responding to user questions in a timely manner.
- Community Building and Operation: Build and manage online communities to increase user engagement; organize and coordinate community activities to enhance user interaction.
- Online Event Planning: Plan and execute various online activities, including but not limited to interactive activities such as AMA (Ask Me Anything), giveaways, and other engaging events.
- Daily Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms and community channels to maintain consistent brand messaging and audience interest.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and execute creative online events.
