We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Web3 industry business department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition within the Web3 space, with a focus on various technical and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in the Web3 industry business department for more than 3 years
- Serve as a department recruiter or interviewer for front-end, testing, product, data, operations, and risk control positions
- Conduct internal training sessions or lectures for team development
- Develop and deliver Chinese language teaching materials
- Create online recorded courses for training purposes
- Serve as a part-time lecturer for specialized topics
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in Web3 industry recruitment
- Background in conducting technical interviews
- Experience in curriculum development and training delivery
- Ability to create engaging educational content
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with multiple aspects of Web3 business operations
