This role involves working in a 3-shift rotation to provide exceptional support to our Korean-speaking customers. You will be the frontline representative of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer support via various communication channels
  • Answer user inquiries regarding transactions, platform usage, and technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate internal and external resources
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems effectively
  • Ensure all customer needs are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Participate in company-provided training programs to enhance product knowledge
  • Familiarize yourself with company products and services to provide expert support
  • Document and report user feedback to relevant departments
  • Collect market-related data to support product and service optimization
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Patient and empathetic attitude towards customers
