Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to user inquiries through online customer service tools
- Provide timely feedback on process issues and maintain organized records
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and quickly master basic business concepts through training
- Identify user experience obstacles, uncover customer needs, and drive problem resolution
- Participate in process optimization initiatives to enhance service quality
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including shift work and extended night shifts
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and apply business concepts
- Knowledge or experience in finance field is a significant advantage
