Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves interacting with users, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through various online support tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive user consultations and resolve their doubts through online customer service tools
  • Timely feedback on user issues encountered during product usage, and maintain proper documentation of these problems
  • Analyze daily work processes to identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and drive problem resolution and process optimization
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong business acumen with ability to grasp fundamental business operations after training
  • Financial-related knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Ability to work onsite at our Kuala Lumpur office
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles
  • Background in financial services or related fields
  • Experience with CRM systems or customer support software
