Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to handle user inquiries and provide solutions through online customer service tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth user experience by addressing concerns and improving service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive user consultations and resolve doubts through online customer service tools.
- Timely feedback and document user issues encountered during product usage.
- Collect and organize user feedback to assist in service improvements.
- Analyze daily work to identify obstacles in user experience and propose optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive problem-solving and process enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Strong business acumen with the ability to grasp basic business knowledge after training.
- Financial-related knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts (9:00-18:00, 15:00-00:00, 00:00-9:00).
- 5 working days per week with shift flexibility.
