Job Description
We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our users. This role involves handling user inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through online communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to user inquiries through online customer service tools
- Timely feedback and documentation of user issues during product usage
- Collect and organize user problems systematically for analysis
- Continuously improve service quality by identifying user experience obstacles
- Discover and analyze user requests to drive process optimization
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent Vietnamese speaker with strong communication skills
- Quick learner with strong business acumen to master basic operations
- Prior knowledge or experience in financial services is preferred
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify and solve user problems
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts including night shifts
Working Schedule
The position requires working in three shifts:
- Morning shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Night shift: 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Work schedule consists of 5 days per week with rotating shifts.
