Job Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role may also involve providing technical support and participating in customer satisfaction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to user inquiries through online customer service tools
  • Provide timely feedback on existing process issues and collect/sort problem reports
  • Identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and drive problem resolution
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives
  • Adapt to shift work schedules, including potential long night shifts
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken)
  • Mandarin language ability is preferred
  • Strong business acumen with ability to grasp essential business concepts after training
  • Financial knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
