Key Responsibilities

• Work within the Web3 industry business department, focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition
• Conduct interviews and assessments for candidates in the data analysis department
• Develop and deliver internal training programs for team members
• Create and maintain online recorded courses for employee development
• Serve as a part-time lecturer for specialized training sessions

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Web3 industry business department
• Prior experience as a recruiter or interviewer in data analysis departments preferred
• Demonstrated experience in internal training or teaching
• Experience creating online recorded courses is highly desirable
• Background as a part-time lecturer would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and business applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in HR, training, or related fields
• Experience with learning management systems
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
• Ability to develop comprehensive training curricula
