Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role plays a critical part in supporting data-driven decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to achieve effective data visualization
- Perform in-depth analysis of exchange operation data to uncover business insights
- Collaborate with operations teams to translate analytical findings into business actions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reporting and analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in building and optimizing Power BI dashboards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience in exchange operations or financial services preferred
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business or related field
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Understanding of financial markets and exchange operations
- Experience working in agile development environments
