Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical challenges related to Biconomy's blockchain solutions. This role requires proactive engagement with developers and users across multiple platforms to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address complex issues, provide expert guidance, and maintain a high standard of service excellence. The position also involves managing client onboarding processes, which include coordinating post-sales calls to facilitate smooth implementation of Biconomy's tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical inquiries through various channels such as Discord, Telegram, online forums, and social media, delivering accurate and timely solutions to user problems.
  • Participate in post-sales client calls to guide users through the integration process, ensuring Biconomy solutions are properly configured and aligned with their specific requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and guides that simplify the understanding of Biconomy's offerings for developers of all skill levels.
  • Design and execute innovative experiments to demonstrate Biconomy's compatibility with emerging web3 technologies, creating demos that highlight the benefits of account abstraction and its transformative potential for the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from developers to identify pain points in the integration process, using these insights to refine documentation, improve user onboarding workflows, and enhance the overall developer experience.
  • Represent Biconomy at developer-focused events including hackathons, conferences, and workshops, showcasing our solutions through live demos, presentations, and direct engagement with the community.
  • Lead the creation and management of a dynamic community space where developers can collaborate, share knowledge, and experiment with Biconomy tools, fostering innovation and long-term partnerships within the web3 ecosystem.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical support or developer relations, with a strong understanding of blockchain technologies and web3 ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Discord, Telegram, and online collaboration platforms to engage with users and maintain community presence.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate feedback, identify patterns, and implement improvements that enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
  • Passion for fostering developer communities and a commitment to building trust through transparent communication and reliable support.
  • Experience with content creation and documentation management, including writing guides, tutorials, and technical specifications for blockchain platforms.
Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in blockchain development or technical support. Familiarity with Ethereum, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for technical audiences, such as blog posts, video tutorials, or interactive documentation, is required. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation are essential for this role. Candidates should also possess a deep understanding of account abstraction concepts and their applications in modern web3 infrastructure.
