Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Engineer to join our team and take charge of maintaining our critical blockchain infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring system reliability and performance across our exchange platform and blockchain networks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor CEX operations to ensure 24/7 high availability of the system
Build, maintain, and monitor public blockchain nodes and blockchain explorers, ensuring their operational status and security
Design and implement high-availability architectures to guarantee stable system performance under high transaction volumes
Develop and optimize big data ETL processes to ensure efficient data processing and storage
Monitor system performance metrics and promptly respond to and resolve operational issues
Participate in disaster recovery design and conduct regular drills to ensure business continuity
Create and maintain operational documentation while providing technical support and training

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations for large-scale internet systems or financial trading platforms
Deep understanding of blockchain technology with hands-on experience in setting up and managing public chain nodes and blockchain explorers
Extensive experience with containerization and automated operations, proficient with tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Expertise in designing and implementing high-availability architectures, including load balancing and failover mechanisms
Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark) and experience in ETL system design
Strong Linux system administration skills with knowledge of performance tuning and monitoring tools
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong teamwork spirit
