Key Responsibilities

• Design token economy models, including allocation, circulation, and incentive mechanisms.
• Formulate actuarial models for sales allocation and dynamic adjustment strategies.
• Develop tokens based on market trends and customer demands.
• Innovate solutions as part of token economics design.
• Create token operation models, applications, and usability frameworks.
• Design token ecosystems and strategize market introduction.
• Oversee token issuance and support its implementation.
• Monitor post-issuance performance and provide strategic consulting for cryptocurrency projects.
• Conduct analysis and calculations using tokens as the core mechanism.
• Analyze competitive solutions, including protocols or ecosystems.
• Assist in drafting white papers and strategic documentation.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in tokenomics, blockchain economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to model economic systems.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and token utility design.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions for token adoption and sustainability.
• Experience in writing technical or strategic documents, such as white papers.
• Knowledge of competitive blockchain protocols and ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
