Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled professional to design, create, and deploy secure, scalable, and sustainable public-facing UI systems. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into visually compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine design specifications and ensure technical feasibility. Your work will directly impact user engagement, conversion rates, and overall brand perception through the creation of seamless, responsive, and accessible interfaces. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital products by analyzing user feedback and implementing data-driven design enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and sustainable user interfaces for public-facing applications
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX elements
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance
- Execute A/B testing strategies to evaluate user behavior and refine interface effectiveness
- Manage client feedback forums to gather insights and prioritize feature improvements
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and technologies to continuously enhance user experience
- Document UI components and development processes for knowledge sharing and team onboarding
- Participate in user research sessions to identify pain points and improve interface usability
- Ensure all UI deliverables are responsive, accessible, and compatible across multiple devices and browsers
- Coordinate with QA teams to test UI functionality and resolve any bugs or usability issues
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front-end development with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Knowledge of security best practices for web applications, including data protection and authentication mechanisms
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies to measure user engagement and conversion rates
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback
- Ability to work in agile development environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design techniques
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating visual assets
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize user interface performance
- Ability to analyze user feedback and translate it into actionable design improvements
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure flawless UI implementation and user experience
- Preferred: UX design certification or experience with user experience research methodologies
- Preferred: Proficiency in user interface testing frameworks and automated testing tools
- Preferred: Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Preferred: Experience with content management systems (CMS) for UI development
- Preferred: Ability to mentor junior developers on UI best practices and coding standards
