Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and continuous optimization of our consumer-facing products. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance, user-friendly applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize frontend components for our consumer products to ensure high performance and excellent user experience
- Build high-quality, maintainable frontend applications using React + TypeScript technology stack
- Participate in the design and development of BFF layer or server-side interfaces using Node.js
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to implement requirements with high quality
- Participate in technical solution reviews, code reviews, and frontend engineering infrastructure development
- Stay updated with cutting-edge technology trends and explore AI tool applications in the development workflow
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field (full-time regular undergraduate program, no consideration for associate-to-bachelor's degrees)
- Approximately 5 years of frontend development experience (candidates with less than 3 years or more than 7 years will not be considered)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer product development with strong sensitivity to user experience and interaction details
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, and Node.js with understanding of their underlying principles
- Familiar with frontend engineering systems (Webpack/Vite, CI/CD, etc.)
- Strong code standardization awareness; preference given to candidates with component library design or infrastructure experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cross-platform development (React Native/Taro/uni-app/Electron, etc.)
- Solid foundation in AI programming with proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) or LLM application integration experience
- Experience in building high-traffic, high-concurrency consumer products from scratch
- Excellent technical documentation skills and strong team collaboration abilities
