Job Description
This position focuses on core development related to the exchange platform. The primary responsibilities include selecting and designing technical solutions for the front-end of the product, participating in the construction and improvement of common components, front-end architecture, and engineering systems. The role also involves designing and developing the web front-end presentation layer and interaction with the back-end. Additionally, the candidate must possess sensitive control and optimization methods for user experience and front-end performance, solving compatibility issues with various browsers through document writing, code review, and unit testing to ensure project progress and quality. The individual should also be able to focus on cutting-edge front-end technology research and provide new technology services to teams and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the selection and design of technical solutions for the front-end of the product, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to construct and improve reusable components, optimize front-end architecture, and enhance engineering systems for scalability and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain the web front-end presentation layer, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services and APIs for real-time data processing.
- Implement user experience (UX) optimization strategies, including performance tuning, accessibility improvements, and responsive design for multi-device compatibility.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, document technical decisions, and perform unit testing to resolve browser compatibility issues and ensure code quality.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and evaluate their potential impact on existing systems, proposing innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality front-end features on time.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance web applications.
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and libraries, along with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture principles, including modular design, state management, and API integration strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of optimizing user experience and resolving cross-browser compatibility challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in agile development environments.
- Ability to conduct independent research on cutting-edge technologies (e.g., WebAssembly, Progressive Web Apps) and apply them to improve existing systems.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering bug-free, high-quality code through rigorous testing and documentation.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and share technical expertise to foster team growth and innovation.
