We are seeking an experienced Frontend Architect to lead the design and optimization of our frontend technology architecture. The ideal candidate will ensure the advancement and scalability of our technical framework while driving performance improvements across our web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of frontend technology architecture to ensure cutting-edge and scalable solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research on web performance optimization methods to enhance page loading speed and user interaction experience.
- Solve complex frontend technical challenges, especially in high-concurrency and high-performance scenarios.
- Optimize frontend engineering for global complex network environments.
- Strengthen frontend security measures across websites, processes, and standards to safeguard the team.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members to elevate overall technical capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of frontend development experience, with 5+ years in frontend architecture design. Experience in large-scale internet companies is preferred.
- Mastery of mainstream frontend frameworks, deep understanding of source code implementation, and solid foundational knowledge.
- Expertise in web frontend performance optimization, including code, network, and rendering optimizations.
- Experience in SEO optimization and familiarity with search engine principles and strategies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with leadership abilities to guide and elevate team performance.
- Contract project experience is required.
