This position focuses on the strategic development and optimization of user operations across multiple dimensions. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive user profile and tagging system to enhance data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role involves automating user operation mechanisms through strategy formulation, user screening, audience outreach, and effectiveness evaluation. The candidate will also be tasked with establishing user operation standards and developing basic operation tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a robust user lifecycle system for the platform, ensuring seamless optimization of product experiences tailored to users at different stages of their journey. This includes developing personalized operational strategies to improve overall user activity, retention rates, and extending the average user lifecycle through targeted interventions.
- Develop a user value system and standards to categorize users based on their contribution and engagement levels. Implement personalized strategies for users at varying value tiers to maximize the platform's overall user value and drive sustainable growth.
- Optimize the guidance and allocation of platform user traffic to ensure efficient distribution across business lines. Focus on improving traffic utilization rates through data analysis, cross-departmental collaboration, and strategic adjustments to user engagement pathways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine user segmentation, enhance targeting accuracy, and evaluate the effectiveness of operational initiatives. Continuously monitor and analyze user behavior metrics to inform iterative improvements in user experience and operational outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in user operations, preferably with a background in digital marketing, product management, or data analytics. Demonstrated ability to design and execute user-centric strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics) and user behavior modeling techniques. Ability to interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights for user segmentation and personalization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with product, marketing, and technical teams. Capability to translate business requirements into operational frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of user lifecycle management principles and traffic optimization strategies. Experience in developing scalable solutions to improve user retention, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Ability to formulate and evaluate user operation strategies using A/B testing, KPI tracking, and performance metrics. Familiarity with automation platforms and CRM systems for user management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proven track record of delivering results within tight deadlines and resource constraints.
- Education in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus but not mandatory.
