Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Product Operation: Develop operational strategies aligned with product goals, plan and execute online/offline platform activities, and be accountable for multiple KPIs including new purchases, conversions, retention, promotion, and repeat purchases.
• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of operational performance data, independently propose optimization plans, and implement improvements to enhance results.
• Industry Insights: Stay informed about the artificial intelligence industry's development and trends, gather the latest industry information, and translate insights into effective operational strategies.
• Community Management: Develop comprehensive content operation strategies for community users, improve user stickiness and content conversion rates, establish operational data monitoring systems, and continuously analyze and optimize performance.
• Team Leadership: Fully manage the operations team and take ownership of the results delivered by both the operations and marketing teams.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product operations, preferably in the technology or AI industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing and community management strategies
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and translate them into actionable plans
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving operational KPIs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI or technology-related product operations
• Background in data analysis or business intelligence
• Familiarity with community engagement platforms and tools
• Experience in both B2B and B2C operational strategies
