Key Responsibilities
- Growth & User Operations:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive key metrics (e.g., TVL, transaction volume, unique users) through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and community incentives.
- Optimize the user onboarding journey, simplifying the process from "awareness" to "proficiency" to reduce barriers to entry.
- Manage user retention programs, analyze behavioral data, and design loyalty rewards and engagement initiatives.
- Community & Ecosystem Development:
- Serve as one of the protocol’s public voices, fostering genuine and trust-based relationships with the global community.
- Lead the community management team, create content calendars, and initiate engaging discussions and events on platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
- Nurture the protocol’s ecosystem by supporting third-party developers and projects building on the protocol.
- Partnerships & Market Expansion:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with top protocols, liquidity mining projects, KOLs, and industry media.
- Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and integration plans for mutual growth.
- Data Analysis & Feedback Loop:
- Monitor and analyze protocol performance data to derive insights for growth strategies and product iterations.
- Gather and synthesize community and user feedback, acting as a bridge between product and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of operational experience in Web3/crypto, with DeFi protocol experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, including core concepts like liquidity mining, staking, derivatives, and yield strategies. Ability to explain complex products (e.g., yield tokenization, decentralized identity).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of creating high-quality content and engaging with global communities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Dune Analytics, Nansen, or standard BI tools for basic queries and analysis.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
