Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role involves identifying top talent, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate evaluation to interview and hiring management.
- Use various creative techniques to find top talents and identify passive candidates through different platforms.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including determining resource status and requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment and talent introduction activities with hiring managers.
- Evaluate and manage the candidate recommendation process to ensure quality hires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze hiring needs and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
