Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential cryptocurrency and blockchain investment projects, including evaluating project teams, technical capabilities, tokenomics, financial health, and market potential.
• Provide well-researched investment recommendations based on thorough analysis.
• Lead sector-specific research, identifying key players and conducting in-depth technical and product analyses.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments.
• Regularly compile and share relevant insights with the team to inform strategic decisions.
• Support ongoing portfolio management activities by tracking project progress, assessing risks, and ensuring alignment with the fund's investment thesis.
• Prepare high-quality investment analysis reports, presentations, and internal briefings.
• Maintain clear, concise, and insightful communication with the team and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, venture capital, or private equity, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to conduct in-depth technical and market research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
