Job Description:
Position: Risk Control Development Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-concurrency, low-latency real-time risk control engines supporting dynamic rule configuration, behavior scoring, graph computation, and machine learning model integration.
- Cover critical business scenarios: account registration/login, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, API trading, and contract interactions.
- Develop multi-dimensional risk modeling combining on-chain and off-chain data analysis including address behavior patterns, fund flows, and smart contract call patterns.
- Engineer risk control strategies (AML rules, abnormal transaction thresholds) into executable, auditable, and rollback-capable technical solutions.
- Implement multi-level response mechanisms including automatic interception, manual review, and tiered alerts supporting second-level decision making.
- Build high-performance data pipelines processing TB-level on-chain events and user behavior logs.
- Construct feature warehouses and monitoring dashboards to support strategy iteration and post-mortem analysis.
- Respond to security incidents (hacker attacks, abnormal withdrawals, bulk transactions) with technical countermeasures.
- Continuously analyze emerging attack vectors (cross-chain bridge exploits, flash loan manipulations) to upgrade defense systems.
- Support compliance requirements including FATF "Travel Rule" and MiCA regulations for transaction monitoring.
- Maintain complete risk control logs and decision evidence for internal/external audits.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security or related fields with 1+ years backend risk control system development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Go/Java/Python.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, Flink/Spark, ClickHouse technology stack.
- Practical experience in risk control/anti-fraud systems within finance, payments, internet or cryptocurrency domains.
- Knowledge of common risk control architectures (rule engines, real-time computing, graph databases) and security attack/defense logic.
- Strong system design capabilities, troubleshooting skills and cross-team collaboration awareness.
