Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for project research and development, including code writing and implementation.
• Conduct business learning and research for exchange projects to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Overcome technical and business challenges specific to exchange operations.
• Design and implement scalable architecture while maintaining project standardization.
• Lead pre-research initiatives for new technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in JAVA development, with a focus on Advanced JAVA.
• At least 3 years of experience in exchange-related fields.
• Proven experience in exchange contract development (non-smart contract).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex business challenges.
• Excellent understanding of architecture design and project standardization.
• Ability to research and integrate new technologies into existing systems.
