Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our core exchange systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high performance, availability, and scalability of our systems while actively participating in architectural decisions and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain the core systems of the exchange platform to ensure high performance, availability and scalability
Develop and optimize Java microservice architecture according to business requirements
Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in system architecture design and performance optimization
Participate in project requirements analysis, system design, technology selection and risk assessment
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing ongoing technical support
Stay updated with Java technology trends and continuously improve system performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions
Document technical specifications and system architecture for future reference

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of Java backend development experience
Prior experience in blockchain, centralized exchanges or financial derivatives development is highly preferred
Strong Java fundamentals with deep understanding of JVM principles
Proficient in multithreading programming, concurrency control and thread pool principles with practical application experience
Familiar with mainstream development frameworks including Spring, MyBatis, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
Expertise in MySQL database with ability to write complex SQL statements and optimize indexes/performance
Knowledge of distributed system architecture with practical experience using Redis, Kafka, RocketMQ and other middleware
Excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
