Junior Product Manager at Injective

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different regions and departments to design, develop, and enhance features for Injective Protocol, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and milestones, incorporating strategic priorities and long-term vision into actionable plans.
• Develop detailed product requirement documents, design specifications, and implementation plans while iterating on feedback to refine product quality and user experience.
• Engage directly with the community through surveys, forums, and feedback channels to identify pain points and translate them into product improvements.
• Manage the full product life cycle, including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and post-launch support, in coordination with engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects based on business impact, technical complexity, and stakeholder feedback to optimize resource allocation and delivery timelines.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover industry trends, user behavior patterns, and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Document and communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and technical decisions to internal teams and external partners.
• Stay updated on blockchain technology advancements and industry best practices to maintain innovation and competitiveness in product development.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or software development, preferably within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) space.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and launch processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric product specifications and documentation.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Confluence for tracking progress and managing workflows.
• Experience with community engagement strategies and tools for gathering feedback and analyzing user needs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, user behavior, and competitive landscapes for informed decision-making.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluency in English for clear communication with international teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and decentralized application (dApp) ecosystems is a plus.
