Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual and User Experience Designer to lead our design team and drive the creation of high-quality, innovative designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all designs meet international standards and reflect a high-end aesthetic perspective. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall visual design and user experience design, ensuring that the design meets international standards and has a high-end aesthetic perspective.
- Lead the design team, develop design specifications and standards, and enhance the team's design capabilities and professional level.
- Work closely with product, market, technology, and other teams to gain a deep understanding of user needs and product content, accurately express and convey the core values of traded products.
- Responsible for designing and optimizing product interfaces, including mobile and web platforms, to enhance user visual experience and platform usability.
- Participate in the design work of market activities, brand promotion, and other projects to enhance the company's brand image.
- Through data analysis and user feedback, continuously optimize design solutions and improve user satisfaction.
- Research industry trends and design cutting-edge technologies to ensure innovative and competitive design solutions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in visual and user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end aesthetic designs.
- Experience leading a design team and developing design specifications and standards.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, market, and technology teams.
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing interfaces for both mobile and web platforms.
- Experience in market activities and brand promotion design is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve design solutions.
- Strong research skills to stay updated with industry trends and cutting-edge design technologies.
