Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a close working relationship with the blockchain project team, understand the project characteristics, technical architecture, and listing requirements.
• Monitor and manage the entire process of coin listing applications, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure timely and successful coin listing.
• Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless trading experience and provide ongoing support after coin listing.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to provide recommendations for asset product planning and promotion strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the entire coin listing process.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in cryptocurrency exchange operations, blockchain project management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and regulatory compliance in the crypto space.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and user feedback for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global blockchain projects and exchanges.
• Familiarity with listing requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Technical background or understanding of smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
