Job Description
The Asset Operations role is a critical position that involves managing and facilitating communication between the platform and project stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain operations and the ability to navigate complex interactions while maintaining platform integrity and user interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the platform and project parties, handling daily communications, information exchange, issue reporting, and coordination of solutions.
- When dealing with sensitive matters, ensure thorough explanations and transparent communication with project parties while safeguarding platform risk control and user interests.
- Maintain timely and accurate information dissemination to support follow-up actions and decision-making processes.
- Document all communications and resolutions for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between project requirements and platform capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Background in blockchain industry with familiarity of exchange business processes.
- Experience in dealing with project parties or institutional clients, or working with blockchain projects.
- Prior experience in communicating with exchanges, understanding project lifecycles and common requirements.
- Previous experience as an account manager or in operations roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to clearly convey platform policies and facilitate consensus among multiple parties.
- Problem-solving ability to quickly analyze issues and propose viable solutions, especially for sensitive matters.
- Risk control awareness with understanding of security protocols and platform risk management logic.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations.
- Cross-departmental collaboration skills to work effectively with various internal teams.
