Job Description
As a Community Growth Strategist at Injective Labs, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to expand the organization's community presence. This includes designing and managing key community initiatives such as the community moderator program, affiliate trading program, and ambassador program. You will also oversee the growth of these programs, ensuring they are effectively integrated into broader marketing efforts and brand campaigns. Additionally, you will create and curate content that highlights community activities, which will be shared across Injective's social platforms including Twitter, email marketing, and blogs. Your role will involve fostering community engagement, increasing program visibility, and continuously onboarding new talent to strengthen the community ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community growth strategies for Injective Labs, focusing on program design, execution, and optimization
- Manage existing community programs, including community moderators, affiliate traders, and ambassadors, while exploring new opportunities for global expansion
- Document and track community program performance through data analysis of campaigns, content, and engagement metrics
- Create content that showcases community achievements and initiatives for display on Injective's social media channels and marketing platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community programs with larger marketing campaigns and brand strategies
- Facilitate content creation processes by working with external writers, content producers, and community moderators to produce blogs, email newsletters, and instructional videos
- Monitor community feedback and use insights to shape overarching strategies for community development and engagement
- Continuously improve community program exposure through innovative outreach tactics and talent acquisition strategies
- Ensure seamless coordination between community initiatives and Injective's broader business objectives
- Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to measure the impact of community programs on brand awareness and user acquisition
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, growth marketing, or related fields with a strong track record of successful program execution
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences and collaborate with external partners
- Strong analytical abilities to track community metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for strategy development
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Canva, WordPress)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience with email marketing automation and campaign management systems (e.g. Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and DeFi ecosystems to understand Injective's product offerings and community needs
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate community programs, track deadlines, and manage program member onboarding
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with community members, manage feedback, and build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically about community integration with brand marketing, event marketing, and product launches
