Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that balance short-term deliverables with long-term business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and mission.
- Lead the coordination of marketing and creative teams, fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet startup timelines and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with media partners and digital advertising agencies to secure strategic partnerships and optimize campaign effectiveness through regular communication and feedback loops.
- Work with the Marketing Lead to create comprehensive marketing plans for diverse channels including social media, web platforms, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generating actionable insights through detailed reports, data visualizations, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate community ambassadors in Southeast Asian markets, building relationships that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in key regions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, with a demonstrated ability to translate business goals into executable plans.
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, including the ability to delegate tasks, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to articulate strategies, present findings, and collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work within budget constraints while developing cost-effective marketing solutions that maximize ROI for new campaigns.
- Experience with community management platforms and social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) to execute and monitor engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising, to ensure campaigns are optimized for impact.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in English and/or local languages (e.g., Vietnamese, Indonesian) to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
