Job Description
This position is responsible for driving market expansion and business development initiatives across multiple domains. The candidate will serve as a strategic leader in coordinating cross-departmental efforts between market teams and product research departments to execute comprehensive promotional campaigns. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a robust ecosystem of partners, media outlets, and community stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role also involves collaborating with product operation centers to design and implement growth strategies for digital platforms, including social media, community forums, and official websites. Additionally, the individual will explore innovative commercialization models to support both enterprise (To B) and consumer (To C) business segments. The candidate will also engage in international business development by building relationships with partners in the United States, South Korea, and other global markets, while regularly reporting progress to the company founder and executing assigned tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between market teams (domestic and international) and product research departments to plan and execute promotional activities that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic partnership network for NFTGo's community and media, including identifying key influencers, negotiating collaborations, and managing relationships to maximize exposure.
  • Collaborate closely with the product operation center to create data-driven strategies for platform growth, ensuring consistent execution across social media, community engagement, and website optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of commercialization models to identify opportunities for scaling To B and To C business segments, working with multiple departments to implement scalable solutions.
  • Manage international business development by establishing and nurturing relationships with partners in the United States, South Korea, and other regions, while maintaining regular communication with the company founder.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform promotional strategies and business development plans.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnership activities and promotional campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that integrates product launches, community events, and media outreach across all markets.
  • Lead the creation of content calendars and promotional materials tailored to different regional markets and audience segments.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of market strategies and business development initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market operations, business development, or related fields with a proven track record of successful campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of NFT ecosystems, blockchain technology, and digital marketing strategies to effectively manage community and media relations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with international partners, media outlets, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and multilingual capabilities (English, Korean, and/or Mandarin) to facilitate global business development activities.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta, X, TikTok) and community engagement tools (e.g., Discord, Telegram) to execute digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions and promotional strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing techniques to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for promotional campaigns and business development tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and compliance departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges in market expansion and business development while maintaining alignment with company goals.
  • Ability to create and present compelling reports to senior management and the company founder on market performance and partnership outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure the impact of marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
