Job Description
The TikTok Influencer Marketing Expert is a pivotal role responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive, dynamic, and authentic brand presence on TikTok through strategic content development, community engagement, and creative execution. This position involves conceptualizing, writing, filming, editing, and producing high-quality TikTok video animations that align with brand identity, marketing objectives, and audience preferences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand-specific TikTok content strategies that reflect the company's marketing goals, target audience preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, creative, and product departments) to create compelling video scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts for TikTok campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze TikTok trends, memes, community behaviors, and algorithm updates to identify opportunities for brand engagement, content innovation, and audience growth.
- Produce and manage video content lifecycle, including filming, editing, post-production, and distribution, to maintain high standards of quality, relevance, and brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance using TikTok analytics tools, Google Analytics, and social media dashboards to measure engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen brand credibility, expand reach, and create mutually beneficial collaborations.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably with a focus on TikTok platform strategies, content creation, and community management for at least 3 years.
- Excellent understanding of TikTok's algorithm, user behavior patterns, and content trends to maximize engagement, reach, and organic growth.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize, produce, and execute visually compelling video content that resonates with target audiences.
