Job Description
Plena Finance is seeking a bilingual Chinese Community Manager to lead and grow our official community channels. This role requires fluency in both Chinese and English to effectively engage with our diverse user base across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive positive user experience through expert moderation and engagement on China Community Telegram, Twitter, Discord, forums and other channels
- Foster peer-to-peer engagement while providing quality responses and community support
- Translate and propagate all content from the English community to the Chinese community (including tweets, blogs, and community announcements)
- Provide technical expertise in a comprehensive yet easy-to-understand manner
- Drive brand adoption and excitement among community members
- Communicate with and support Plena Ambassadors and influencers
- Perform social media listening and sentiment analysis
- Own public-facing regional communication across all channels
- Activate the community towards business objectives, events, and support regional marketing efforts
- Encourage and facilitate community organization and initiatives
- Identify, triage and escalate all regional inbound communications
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with community members. Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain communities is highly preferred. The candidate must be able to work independently while collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
