Job Description
This position is responsible for driving product growth through strategic planning and execution in the Web3 industry. The candidate will lead the development and implementation of growth strategies, continuously optimize key performance indicators, and establish a dedicated growth team to support these objectives. Additionally, they will focus on understanding user behavior and market trends to inform data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the Web3 industry, ensuring alignment with business goals and product development timelines.
- Monitor and analyze user trends, conduct in-depth user research, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Lead the optimization of product-related documentation, including user guides, marketing materials, and onboarding content, to enhance user experience and product visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate internal and external resources, ensuring efficient allocation of tools, data, and personnel to achieve growth targets.
- Maintain and nurture strategic partner relationships, fostering collaboration that supports product expansion and market penetration.
- Oversee internal training programs to ensure team members are equipped with up-to-date knowledge of Web3 technologies, user behavior patterns, and growth methodologies.
- Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies based on performance data, market feedback, and evolving industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth strategy development and execution within fast-paced, innovative tech environments (preferably Web3 or blockchain sectors).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in user research, data analysis, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and mentor a growth team, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and continuous skill development among team members.
- Proficiency in content strategy creation, including documentation, marketing, and user engagement content, to support product growth.
- Experience in building and maintaining partner ecosystems, with a focus on strategic alliances and resource optimization.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and markets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing industry landscapes and demonstrate agility in strategy development and implementation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralized applications, and NFT ecosystems to better understand product positioning and market dynamics.
