Job Description
This position is responsible for the comprehensive management of product and user operations within the company. The candidate will independently plan and organize diverse activities to enhance transaction users and increase transaction volume through refined operational strategies. They will also focus on continuous optimization of business processes to achieve measurable results. Additionally, the role involves driving user growth and lifecycle management by developing effective user interaction strategies, which aim to boost user numbers, improve activity engagement and user quality, and facilitate conversion rates. The individual will be tasked with mining user behavior data and business data to design various marketing mechanisms, integrating both internal and external resources to improve user retention and repurchase rates. They will also actively engage and retain existing community members, implementing operations such as screening, stratification, and tag management to enhance community vitality. Finally, the role requires maintaining relationships between ecological resources and customer relationships, continuously learning and analyzing competitors and industry benchmarks, expanding knowledge structure, and sharing experiences with the team to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan and execute product and user operation strategies to improve transaction users and transaction volume through data-driven optimization.

- Knowledge of community management best practices, including user stratification and tag management, to enhance community engagement.
