Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall operational strategy for the platform's copy trading system, focusing on mainstream cryptocurrencies and high-leverage contracts, and design differentiated operational approaches.
- Trader Ecosystem Development (Supply-Side Operations):
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality contract traders, especially KOLs and community leaders skilled in high-leverage and short-term strategies.
- Design and implement incentive systems, rating mechanisms, and growth plans for traders to enhance their activity and output quality.
- Maintain in-depth communication with traders, gather product feedback, and drive optimizations.
- User Growth & Engagement (Demand-Side Operations):
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns such as "Copy Trading Insurance Plans" and "Contract Challenge Camps" to increase user numbers, trading volume, and retention.
- Analyze user copy trading behavior to optimize trader visibility, recommendation logic, and user experience.
- Content & Community Collaboration: Work with content and marketing teams to package top traders' insights and strategies into high-quality content (e.g., market analysis, live trading reviews) for distribution via communities and social media, establishing the platform's professional brand in high-leverage copy trading.
- Data-Driven Review: Establish core metrics (e.g., trader count, copy trading users, daily trading volume, user profitability) and conduct regular reviews to guide product and strategy iterations.
Job Requirements:
- Essential Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in cryptocurrency exchange operations, preferably in copy trading, brokerage, or community management.
- Deep understanding of crypto contract trading, including leverage, margin, liquidation, take-profit/stop-loss, and familiarity with mainstream cryptocurrencies.
- Experience building operational systems from scratch or leading major operational projects.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Capable of building trust and partnerships with traders and KOLs.
